We love it that you have favorites! And while we cannot guarantee that you will get a particular pony, we will do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, eTransfers or cash. If you opt to pay by credit card, a $3 service charge will apply. All charges are subject to GST.

Do you charge mileage?

Yes. We charge $1.50 per kilometer from our farm to your location. This charge is one way only.

Well, if you asked the ponies, they would say yes of course! We just ask that any treats are placed on the ground and not hand fed. Apples or carrots are ideal. Please do not feed them anything else.

What times can events be scheduled?

Generally we try to schedule parties on the hour between 10am and 5pm. We are quite flexible with this schedule though so please ask if there is an alternate time that you are looking for.

We do not have a maximum number of children that can attend an event. We do however ask that you let us know how many children you expect so that we can suggest an appropriate number of ponies.

What days are you open?

We are open year round. From April 1st until October 31st we are open 7 days a week and during the winter months we are open on request.

We are only closed on Christmas Day.

How long can we rent a pony for?

We offer 1, 2, 3 or 4 hour events either at your location or at ours.

Where can my child ride a pony?

We will either come to your location, or you can come to ours at 1441 200th Street, Langley, BC. All services are by appointment only.

Do we have to host an event in order for my child to ride a pony?

Definitely not! You are welcome to make an appointment to come to our farm for an individual pony ride. If you lead the pony, a 1/2 hour ride is $20, a 1 hour ride is $35. If you would like us to provide a pony wrangler, an additional $25 per hour will apply.

Can children ride without someone leading them?

For safety reasons, all of our ponies are led either by one of our wranglers or a wrangler that you supply. Training is provided for wranglers that you supply.

Does my child need to have previous experience to ride a pony?

Absolutely not! For most children, this will be their first pony experience.

Do you give riding lessons?

We do not offer formal riding lessons at this time.

Can we rent one pony at our location?

No. Since ponies are herd animals, it’s only fair to them to allow them to travel together. Therefore all our events have a 2 pony minimum. The only exception to this is if you are bringing your child to our location for a private ride. In this case you are able to rent one pony at a time.

Do I need to let you know if I need to cancel?

Yes. We would greatly appreciate it if you would call us if you need to cancel your event. Ultimately we would like 24 hours notice whenever possible.

Do parties still happen if it’s raining?

Yes, within reason. As long as there isn’t a monsoon happening, the party will go on. Our ponies aren’t afraid of a little rain!

How will I know if my event should be cancelled due to the weather?

If the weather happens to be inclement on the day of your event, we recommend that you give us a call the morning of the event. We can then decide together how to proceed.

What should kids wear?

Please dress for the weather.

What if I don’t have cowboy boots?

It isn’t necessary to wear cowboy boots. However, we do recommend that children either wear some sort of boot with a small heel or running shoes. Please do not wear sandals or flip flops around the ponies in case one accidentally steps on you.

Does my child need to wear a helmet?

It is mandatory that all riders wear a helmet. If your child has their own bike helmet you are welcome to bring it along. Alternately you can borrow one of our riding helmets free of charge.

Can more than one child be on a pony at once time?

No, for safety reasons our insurance does not permit any doubling.

Can I walk along side my child while they are on a pony?

Yes! We encourage parents to participate!

My child weighs over 90 lbs. Can he or she ride?

Unfortunately children that weigh over 90 lbs are a little too heavy for our tiny ponies. They are however welcome to pet and brush the ponies.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes we do and they may be purchased in nearly any denomination. Contact us to request a gift certificate.

Do your Gift Certificates expire?

No. The gift certificates do not have an expiry date.

My child is disabled. Can he or she still ride?
